The title would be better expressed as ''Silence is a Poem'' As you say all of life is a poem, but do not discard the thought that it can also be Prose.
It is how we all see life, how we express it in our thoughts. Life can be described in many ways and all of them correct as far as the individual is concerned. There is no hard and fast rule as to how we should see life. Your meaning is clear in your Poem.
